Best thing to do is to do it this evening or first thing in the morning.

Like Crystal talked about, maybe you could start doing a Healthy Tips Wednesday or something on the regular.  There is a direct correlation between affiliates who go live and the amount of customers they have.  Once you see the data, you'll want to go live everyday but the most important one is your first one, so get it scheduled!
